东运动员宿舍楼
建于1989年，当时条件十分简陋。1992年6月，为备战第25届巴塞罗那奥运会，张燮林主教练和姚振绪领队，首次率领中国乒乓球女队一行32人，来基地进行封闭训练。张燮林、姚振绪及主力队员邓亚萍、乔红、高军、陈子荷等就住在这里。
1999年，此楼重新装修。

南训练馆
建于1989年。1992年6月，为备战25届巴塞罗那奥运会，张燮林主教练和姚振绪领队首次率中国乒乓球女队一行32人在此进行封闭训练。他们以更快、更高、更强的奥运精神激励自己，以誓夺奥运会金牌为国争光为目标，刻苦训练，提高技术，磨练意志，丰富智慧，为参赛作好了充分准备。在25届奥运会上包揽了女子单打、女子双打全部四块金牌和银牌。

北训练馆
建于1993年。93年3月，为备战42届哥德堡世乒赛，国家男、女队在教练张燮林、蔡振华和领队姚振绪带领下，在此进行封闭训练。5月，出征哥德堡夺得4枚金牌。95年4月为备战第43 届天津世乒赛，国家男、女队在张燮林、蔡振华两位主教练带领下，在此进行封闭训练。5月，出征天津，实现了我国乒乓球运动第二次囊括全部七项冠军的记录。96年6月，陆元盛主教练和黄飚领队带领国家女队，为备战第26届亚特兰大奥运会，在此进行封闭训练，7月赴奥运夺得了全部两块金牌两块银牌。此后，国家队备战第44届（97.4）、第45届（99.8，2000.2）世乒赛都在这里训练，均取得了优异成绩。2000年8月，为备战悉尼27届奥运会，在蔡振华总教练、陆元盛副总教练和黄飚领队带领下，国家男、女队在此进行四十天封闭训练，9月（16日至10月1日）赴悉尼，夺得了全部四块金牌和三块银牌、一块铜牌。
99年7月，国家队在此举行了入党仪式，四名优秀选手入党。
训练馆阳面，是教练员、运动员宿舍。
